HI Guys,
One of the guys at my office has a Gen 4 and is wanting to get a towbar bike rack for his vehicle. Anybody have one of these? Which is the best to get?

Try Trapezium Developments on www.trapdev.co.za sure they should have something that can work. I have got the spare wheel strap on my gen3, but that one won't work on the Gen4, they have most solutions and not badly priced either
I have a gen3, and I use my bike rack at least three times a week, as I clock more km's per month on my mountain bike than my Pajero 
I use the Holdfast Sprint 2 Holfast website which I have won in a lucky draw at a mtb race. I modfied it a bit to be more sturdy, and I have fitted a 75mm towbar extension.
It now works perfectly with 2 moutain bikes, without interfering with the spare wheel.
Only hassle is that you have to remove the bikes to open the rear door, but I don't think you will get away with that with any bike rack except the spare wheel mounted ones, which does not work very well with most full suspension bikes
