So I have been doing a bit of research on my Paj...
So I have been playing around with my Paj quite a bit lately and found that the diff is def not working and the body is lower than the chassis. How I found that was simple really, I tried doing a rock climb in Krugerdorp, I made it all the way up, but the body work on the right side of the car took some damage, not worried about it though. Back to the Diff not working, might there be anybody that can give me advice on this? also the super select lights keep flashing instead of staying lit, does this mean that there is a problem? Like I would just put the car into 4h and they flsh the whole time. I dont know much, so I am here for some input and advise. I will post some pics soon.
Diff: The light on the Super Select panel for the rear diff comes on and then goes off almost immediately and then nothing happens. Help on this would be gladly appreciated
Model? Auto or Manual?
Do you have similar tyres on all 4 wheels?
Some more info is needed before some suggestions can be made.
Maybe you need to join some other Pajero drivers for a quick look see and procedures on selecting 4h, etc.

Hi Cats..
Thank you for responding...
its a 1999 2.8 turbodiesel intercooler LWB, and I think its a face life. Transmission is manual.
And all four tyres are the same, Continentals World Contact.
I dont have any issues select 4h or 4hlc etc, cause when I do, it works... Its just the flashing lights that really concern me, not sure if its actually a problem and not sure what to do.. Though you are right, I do need to get together with some other Paj drivers, so I can learn a thing or two..
Thanks again

How do you know that 4h and 4hlc are actually working?
On the super select system the wheel lights stop flashing when 4h has engaged, if 4hlc is engaged the centre diff light should flash and then stay on to show that it has engaged. The flashing lights suggest that they are not actually engaging and working. That is why I asked, how do you know that they are actually working.
It could be a sensor on the gearbox or could be the front wheels are not actually engaging with the front hubs. The rear diff lock will only engage when in 4llc.
