So... car went in on Wednesday. I'm told it will take 2-3 days. I organise my things so that I can be without a car for 2 days. I'm not sure where the issue is sitting, but I will be following it up with Imperial customer liaison details I got from the service manager.
So... one of the things that came up was that apparently Imperial has never paid for this sort of thing... (well thats what the service manager says). I know of at least 2 people who are not on the forum who have done it, and had it paid by Imperial. Are there any members of this forum who have had it done?
