Thanks for the pointers guys. If the bolting points are the same then I just need to check the wheel arch trim alignment and bash plate compatability. I hope this all works as I really like the 2003-4 front bumper and spots. If it does not work then I will make some changes to the origunal bumper.

It will fit for sure, only issue is the windscreen washer bottle used on the older bumper will be in the way, so you need to replace the bottle to make it fit.
Even with some aftermarket bumpers you need to do this. Would be best to have a look at one of the 3d parts list on both models to get a better understanding.
