Nissan and Landcruiser S/W did not make it at all, had to be train-pulled out.
The 4.2L L/C Made it the 5th time with high speed chase far back from agreed start mark.
The 4L L/C made it 1st time from far behind start mark... Pajero Sport made it first time from start mark, and later again even after the previous vehicles dug deep holes and loosened the sand ...... No Problem at all .... and not even going behind the start mark...
I can tell you, the Sport impressed me with its normal road tyres.... and did not fail to impress several other 4x4 gurus in their geared 4x4's as well.
My Pajero sport earned my respect, and I think it performs better than the LWB, which I also previously owned and tried on the same dune.
