I've been using Bridgestone dueller HTs (yes!) for the last 40k km, which included about 15k km off road. They look like they've got more than 50 percent left, but time will tell. Places driven include Lesotho, Mozambique, Central kalahari,Moremi in Botswana, and the salt pans. (the roughest of which was a shocker of a road between katse dam and sani top chalets in Lesotho.)

Road noise seems very good on these, but they are pricey... My next set will be goodyear wrangler ATs - based on price, wear, and the typical terrain I do when off road.
I went through the same exercise last year when my HT's were finished. I'm a farmer and a fisherman so my Pajero works hard including Mozambique etc. Looked at all the tyres and prices but had such good service from my HT's and NO PUNCTURES so decided to stick with Bridgestone but changed HT's to AT's. For some reason I found the AT's much better in Moz. sand, have put almost 50k kms on them and No Punctures again - which is almost impossible. Price was reasonable but phone around.
I have tried all major makes on my 4X4 bakkies, previous Pajero, and Prados. Most were OK but lots of punctures. I'll stick with Bridgestone.
What Tyres do you use?
I have only done about 5000 km with my Hankook Atms, so far very happy, great traction offroad, better than the bgf at on a wet road, will see what the end state mileage is.

And I think they look really nice on the pajero.
