CT Assistance needed in sourcing 3.8 LWB model
I have my mind set on getting a 2011 onwards LWB V6 Pajero soon, preferably white and with lowest possible mileage, in price range between 300 and 400K. However, I do not really know what to look out for (they are pretty bulletproof is all I hear), but as with other used cars one could expect lemons to exist here and there.

So, learned V6 Mitsu Pajero fundi's in CT, please PM me if you are willing to assist checking 3.8 GLS models as they may become available.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!

Thx.

PS: Any CT members interested in selling their own ones fitting the above profiles, can also PM me.

Hi Quarz.... I recommend you take your search country wide. They are super scarse

There was a really neat White 3.8 LWB standing at imperial select Parow, just last week. Price was R300k if I remember correctly. There was no year model on it, but judging on the mags and price, I guess it was a 2010/2011

Hi Sixmaniac

Took it for a test drive that weekend, ran sweetly, but close inspection of underbody saw it had a rather hard life, and noted oil dripping out of the bottom of bellhousing indicative of rear crank seal leak, so did not pursue any further. Check of dipstick also showed overfilling to several centimetres above the full mark.Seems most of these have been used to pull rather heavy trailers (because they can), so changed my mind now back again towards a 3.2D. :)
