Hi all
I just returned from a trip to Lesotho, stayed at Golden Gate, and took the scenic route over the mountain through Monantsa border post to Afriski.
My PJ 2003 was leaking dust from the rear door rubber something terrible, so I plan to replace ALL the door rubbers ASAP.
Any idea where I can purchase except from the stealers.

Any auto rubber place should be able to assist. Are you sure it leaked in from the rubbers though? There are two airvents situated behind the rear top taillights. Sometimes the flaps get stuck in the open position and they let dust in. Also check the rear aircon unit on the LWB on the right hand side. Sometimes they get a smack from below and get a crack in the plastic, letting in dust there.
Also. Remember to keep the air on fresh when driving in dust with the windows closed. This generate positive pressure inside cabin and keep dust from coming in. If you put on recycle it actualy create negative pressure and if there is a open spot somwhere it will suck in dust from there.

Cats is 100% correct. Check the outlet flaps - unfortunately to do a proper job you will have to remove the plastic bumper cover. It is an easy job but time consuming. You can also check that all five doors are properly/correctly adjusted to prevent ingress of dust. The last or easiest check is to make certain that your pollen filter is in place and in good nick. I have moved away from the Pajero pollen filters and use part of an Audi A4 pollen filter - much better quality and due to the construction gives a bigger filter area.

I concur - the 2nd row door's rubber seals are a problem also. Just took these of my Pajero's back doors now.
