Error code 41, throttle control valve. But the TCV has been swoped out and the wiring checked by an auto electrician without any change in the situation.

Eish man. Seems you have ruled everything else out for now except the ecu. As far as I know the only bit controlled by the ecu is the injector pump, the rest are merely sensors and solenoids actuators...

If you have swapped the injector pump over from the previous motor and it is still doing the same, I don't know what else you can do.

I still reckon somewhere there is a loose or unconnected sensor causing the problem. TCV valve solenoid or map sensor.

I have read of code 41 previously in this thread.

Maybe related to some vacuum pipe not connected or broken as in that thread?

I suggest a basic test that could have a bearing on your engine performance. Carry out a compression test, and compare with the spec for this engine, and your original engine.

It were a compression issue the engine would smoke as oil would be combusted as well as diesel.

It must be an electronic/electric issue as from mid throttle on the engine does not even make an attempt to accelerate.

Re: Engine numbers of 4M41 engines
Electronic or vacuum on one of those many vacuum pipes all over the engine controling some or other function. Even a pin prick hole can lead to all sort of issues.
