I am new member on this site please accept my apologies I have no experience and knowledge with pajero. I need your assistance regarding buying a used 2012 Mitsubishi Pajero .

Mitsubishi Pajero 3.2 DiD GLS LWB AT
144 000 km
I have driven the vehicle , goes well with service history with one owner.
The vehicle at car dealer . Price listing was R390 then start dropping to R350, R340 and R330 today listing on websites.
My concern are the mileage and what would be a good price to offer the dealership . Is it a great buy and what must I need to check out because of inexperience. Thanks for your help
I think that is a decent price. It is comparable with similar spec 2010/11 models with lower(sub 100k) mileage. So the higher mileage has already been discounted in the price.
That mileage is not much. The 3.2 Did should easily see at least 300000 trouble free kms with many running much higher than that without mayor repairs.
So in the end you would need to decide. Higher mileage and newer car or lower mileage and older model. If you dont expect to put much mileage(say more than 15000km a year) on it through daily use I would go for the higher mileage one as you will slowly save on the norm of 20000kms a year and you should be on par with others in a few years.

Ps. What bumper does it have? The "smiley face" ones were true 2012 models IIRC. Some late 2011 models were also sold as 2012 models but still had the "straight line" bumper.

Yip. That is a true 2012 model. See the lines at the front sides of the bumper curling ever so slightly upwards as if in enjoyment!

This car seems to go better every year
Mine does not seem to have hill decent but does have rear difflocks
I would go for the 2012 model for sure.
For R330 000, a good price in my opinion especially if you get the GlS which was about R100 000 more than the GlX at the time. From memory about R630 000 before discount
One of the better cars I have owned. I am not selling soon...
