I have attached photos of my GLX for identification purposes, this is a '99 model I believe.
(It's an ex Zim vehicle apparently) It is 2.5 naturally aspirated diesel.
VIN is V34W00369 and engine no. 4D56 GK4506 (if it helps!)
1. Does anyone on this forum have one of these? The reason I ask is because I haven't got conclusive answer for many of my questions elsewhere, so I thought I'd put it to you guys
for a start, to get some clarity from owners with the same vehicle.2. I have a scratchy/noisy speedo, for this particular model, can the speedo be removed and lubed/serviced etc to reduce noise? Seems to be only at lower speeds up to say 80km/h, there is slight bounce in the needle, that also goes away at around 50km/h.
3. Does anyone know where I can find wind deflectors (around the windows/doors etc) for this model? (I'm based in Cape Town)
