2012 Pajero GLX Exceed LWB

Morning Guyz

I came across 2012 Pajero GLX Exceed LWB for sale. I was under the impression that the Exceed came only in the GLS. Owner seems not sure. Need assistance , what is the difference between the following:

2012 GLS
2012 GLX
2012 GLX Exceed ?????
2012 GLS Exceed

What I can figure out is the GLS had cloth upholstery. Currently both GLS and Exceed have leather, only difference is sound system and wood steering wheel.

I have seen the vehicle , great condition . Full house with maintenance plan till 2017.

2012 Pajero GLX Exceed LWB with 85000 km, maintenance plan till 2017 in still new condition, 2 x reverse cameras, PDS, Tow-bar good tires in immaculate condition with sunroof.

Price R375 000

Vehicle is negotiable , what fair price to offer?
