So in the past, I have not been to kind on the support I have received from Mitsubishi SA and have had very indifferent experiences.
However, I must give credit where credit is due and this morning I sent off quite a difficult technical question. (One I posted to this forum a while back with only one satisfactory answer, but still left me in doubt)
In any case I mailed Mitsubishi SA this morning and to my surprise received a very thorough and professional answer that covered all my points and was written in a manner that I could easily understand.
I am very impressed by their response and hope they continue to surprise me and hold the brand up high where it belongs.
One interesting thing is that it was signed with the following: "Brietta Trading (Pty) Ltd an authorized distributor of Mitsubishi..."
Never heard of Brietta, not sure if I anyone can shed some light on this?

I must admit, I have dealt with Mitsubishi Centurion and no complaints. I'm giving Menlyn a go today but so far so good.
