Has anyone come across this one before please.

When I ride over corrugations it sounds like a bicycle bell, you know that old fashioned one they used for the ice scream bicycles. It sounds just like that. Nothing on smooth rds except when you hit those rumble strips.

Yes! I had the exact problem!

Does your Pajero have a towbar fitted by any chance?

Hard to explain, but see image attached. It was the wire vibrating up inside the bumper (I had one both sides). Just snap it off, and problem solved.
