Hi all,
my 3.2 SWB has a transmission vibration on pulling off, more severe at higher torques. No vibration at higher speeds. On slowing down there is vibration and sound, especially in 2nd or 3rd. This disappears if the clutch is depressed.
Any comments or suggestions would be much appreciated.
The gearbox mounts, including those to the chassis subframe, have been renewed. This helped reduce the vibrations, but they are still a cause for concern.
Additionally, if anyone knows if one can obtain a generic engine rocker box cover gasket it would be of interest.
