I would like to know the name of a good mechanic/autoshop in Somerset West, Stellenbosch or surrounding Cape Town area who has dealt with Pajero's before. I am visiting from Namibia and want to know who to go to, to get a few things sorted out before I head back on the road. Does anybody know of anybody?
I have used Misibushi Tygervalley a couple of times and received good service
We are doing Luderitz /Walvisbay in weeks time; where do you stay?
Enjoy your drive down

Hi AK47,
I know this is reallllllly late, too late for your trip I imagine, but
Somerset West, there is a guy Malcolm Saich, hes on the same road as Mitsubishi Parts, the road that runs between
the Parts store, and Rola Motors, diagonally across the 4 way stop from the Rola Motors corner, 28 Newton Street
Strand, cell is zero-eight-four 433 zero-six-five-five
He is a 4x4 enthusiast himself, and at the beginning of season, it seems that half the basins 4x4's are in his workshop
for check-ups etc.
He's also very reasonably priced.
Cheers
Ned

Just for the record, Malcolm left SA some years ago, although google maps still shows the location of the business. It no longer exists.
