When I purchased my 3.2 DiD second hand I found that the weight (mass) that is attached to the bracket on the transfer case was missing.
I sometimes have an issue with harmonic vibrations on acceleration so I'm looking to install back the weight and see if it helps.
I've read that sometimes owners have found that this weight is not needed - or diminishes engine vibrations if removed - and have taken it off.
I'm looking at having one fabricated but thought that perhaps someone has one that is just lying in a corner and gathering dust.
If anyone has one they want to get rid of, please let me know. I'd obviously be willing to pay for the item and any delivery charges involved.
