Well, I have started to play around to see for myself what rims do fit onto a 2005 gen 3 pajero, so got hold of a standard steel 15 inch rim with a zero offset and tried to fit it. The rears fit perfectly with enough space around the brake calipers, and with the zero offset the tires still fit inside the wheel arches.
On the front the brake caliper is fine diameter wise, but the caliper sticks out a little towards the outside, and this touches the wheel rim so the rim misses being flush by about 5mm.
I'll try a slightly different offset when I get a chance and see if this makes a difference.
5mm interference = 10mm spacer? Not debating pro's & cons, just adding an option
Darrel, have you sorted something out yet?Darrell wrote:Well, I have started to play around to see for myself what rims do fit onto a 2005 gen 3 pajero, so got hold of a standard steel 15 inch rim with a zero offset and tried to fit it.
