I have already replaced the elevation/hydrometer gauge with a Volt Gauge (with dp switch to monitor both battteries thus I am tossing out the inclinometer, as I know that the feeling in my "ass" is far more accurate when it comes to knowing if and when the van is going to fall over
I am in the process of fitting a mechanical oil pressure gauge but need help to located where the oil pressure switch are located or even better if someone could advise where else I could fit the gauge's adaptor on the engine block?

Save the money for some more steinlagers to fit in the fridge
Carefull - when you do desert driving and the wind comes up, you can by rather disoriented. Sometimes your senses tells you you are reversing whily you are moving forward due to the movement of sand in the wind.Blister wrote:...I am tossing out the inclinometer, as I know that the feeling in my "ass" is far more accurate when it comes to knowing if and when the van is going to fall over...

Back to the topic.
My oil light flickers when driving slowly and stays on when the vehicle comes to a stop, but as soon as I pull away and travel normally, the light stays off.
I think I need to check the oil pressure switch. Any other ideas?
Nico.
P.S. I have already checked oil level.

Only problem is tha Brian at Tygervalley was too lazy to give me the specs cause I want to fit a t-piece to fit the gauge as an addition to the oil pressure sensor
