Anyway, over to Renier:

Mods:
1) Old 4M40 engine melted the #1 piston away and all the debris went through the turbo as well as the entire engine. Still today do not know why??
I swopped the engine with a used import from Japan and it is going fine hence there is a tapping sound from the tappet cover. Some guy said it the clearance on one rocker, how do I rectify this issue. can I set it myself, have you got a procedure. I am mechanically orientated. In the manual is states that the clearance should be 0.2mm hence I am not sure if that is the correct one?
2) New heavy duty OME suspension
3) New 32" Maxis Muds on 10" wide mag rims. (33" was to big, rubbing on the body)
4) Recovery points.
5) Aluminium bash cover plates. (for show only, covering existing plates)
6) Complete kitchen unit with stove, fridge, duel battery system, 80 litre water tank, basin with mirror, drwer system and many more.
7) Roof carrier (modified to fit high roof)
8) Roof top tent.
9) RHS awning for the lounge
10) LHS awning for the shower and porta potty ( this is where you open the rear left door and fold out your complete basin with mirror and the rest).
11) Awning at the rear to cover the kitchen when it is folded out of the car.
12) Centre dash mounted 7" toutch screen entertainment system with GPS, iPod, CD, DVD, Bluetooth and many more functions.
13) Escape Gear seat covers for the two front seats (a bit of a waste here as the rear and extra seat seat at the back are also covered. Now stored under my afdak)
So, there you've got it. My own personal Pajero Gen 2 Motorhome. No trailer, no hazzle.
