I'm going to try my best to attend.... will confirm soon.
I really hope that several Gen 3 Pajeros attend, that way we'll get a chance to cover "notes"
I think anyone that wants to go offroad needs a compressor... a decent one is around R1000.

Can't we send out an email to all the members of the forum?
There are definitely lots more Pajero owners in the Cape, but they aren't active on the forums regularly...

No can do... Am not prepared to mass mail members for anything unrelated to the forum itself. Almost all members get a digest anyway. If they don't read that then there's not much we can do.

Since I can't join you guys on the 19th, I went yesterday to try it out. Very nice trail with well cared for facilities and toilets with running water and showers.
Most of the trail was quite easy with a few technical sections and a water crossing that you will need to walk first. Due to the rain on saturday there was quite a bit of water in the river at one point in particular.
Let's just say I need to take my seats out now to get the mat out into the sun (and that's with OME).
I hope you get a better turnout. I would say less than 10 vehicles would be enough, unless you intend splitting up to go in smaller groups.

Hey Guys,
You can count me in, (Me and my Wife)
I got no radio, but I do have recovery equipment, I'd be happy to help out with my winch / snatch block etc,
but no snatch rope.
If anybody can lend me a radio, it'd be appreciated, and will consider myself 'on-call' to help with recoveries.

Hi. I will try to make it too. My first attempt with my recently acquired Pajero SWB 2.5Tdi. Been busy kitting it out for an overland trip, so need the (novice) tryout !! Don't have a winch though
. Would that be ok? Have radio, compressor and a few tow ropes.
Been a few years since last offroad experience, but....... very enthusiastic
