Well after strolling round canal Walk for 4 1/2 hours I get back to TWT to find they replaced 3 of tyres and the vibration has gone completely.
I have to say I am impressed with Brent (Canal Walk Manager) and his attention to service and customer satisfaction which is hard to come by these days and would recommend his TWT branch to anyone looking for tyres and more importantly excellent customer service in Cape Town.

I wonder whether TWT and more so, their opposition, ever sees these testimonies of excellence...
They should Google their (and their opposition's) names frequently to see where they are great and where they are outperformed.
