Like a breath of freash air, this post. Pajero service and smilies on the same page. Phew, there is still hope for us.

My Dad also got a letter from MBSA to take his vehicle for the recall, but haven't done it yet.
His vehicle is a 2001 3.2 LWB.
I just got myself a 2005 3.2 LWB, does anyone know if this recall is applicable to the newer models as well?

O, by the way. I forgot to mention. There was nothing wrong with my car's brake accumalator, but it was replaced as it fell within the scope of those accumalators that was apparantly from a bad bunch.

Transkeboy, if you want to find out whether your car falls within this bunch, visit your frienly dealer and they will in a jiffy ascertain what the position is. The receptionist at the workshop had a look on the computer before my car was booked in.

I am the third owner and they tracked me down
