Nope, finding a vehicle within the "Budget" is my problem and from there the rest of the problems belong to the Boss. Best 4x4 ever, paid for by the Boss, maintained and insured by him too. I just have to love it.RoelfleRoux wrote:As long as I don't have to help you with your "financials"
We have had problem after problem with this console. Had to drive for 2 weeks without the console as it was sent back to the supplier. No radio reception in Rustenburg. Asked the local dealer to source unit taken out from other dealers yet no response. The total worst part of an excellent vehicle!!!!!!Dean Stephens wrote:Because I am in the market for a new vehicle (and not in a hurry either because I love my 3,2 GLX and will be so sorry when we part company)I have been spending a lot of time on internet research.
The problem with many "Forums" out there is that they are used as a place to moan and complain and to "expose" differences of opinion with various dealers / manufacturers so one needs to keep an open mind as there are clearly always 3 sides to every story. (Seems nobody who is actually happy has the time to post anything)
That said, however, there does seem to be a lot of negative comment about the new Gen 4 navigation / Bluetooth / radio console and even more comment on levels of service (and spares availability) since the Imperial move.
My present Pajero has been dealer serviced since day 1 and I am more than happy with their service and charges – in fact I have not even noticed the Imperial take over, but would really appreciate it if someone could comment on any problems experienced with the new Gen 4 and services / spares for that model.
