Arrangement details for de Wildt

Meet at de Wildt:
Meet and greet with coffee and rusks from 09h00 till 10h00, ester is the contact person and I have made a booking for the Pajero club (advised between 7 and 12 cars – so lets get a few more guys out here, would be great, looking for the elusive Gen1 guys ).

Start the course at 10h00
Estimated drive time depending on group is 2.5 to 3 hours
Cost: (I have asked for group discount, Alexander will call me back to advise later)

R220 per vehicle including 2 passengers
Additional passengers is R50
Kids under 5 are free

Please can you pay for yourself at the entrance (don’t use my name as a reference, they will charge you more )

There is a restaurant, however it is not planned to be manned, what I have arranged is for them to start the fires for the braai when we are 30 minutes from the end of the trail so when we get to the end we can slap on some meat and have a beer or 6.

There is a cash bar and you can take your own drinks as well so no issue with that (please guys keep the drinks till after the trail, no alcohol while on the trail).

There is a swimming pool (may be too cold, but for the brave) as well as ablutions at the braai area

Looking forward to seeing old and new faces on Sunday!

Going to meet my son in P-town for late lunch so can't stay for the braai but will have a beer afterwards for medicinal purposes - wash the dust down etc

I might not be able to attend depending on some kid activity already arranged but are trying to get myself out of that one.

I have some Pajero club gel stickers left, R50 each, so if someone can maybe pickup from me on Friday or Saturday in Centurion you guys are welcome to it. I can also maybe drop off in Midrand as well - David?
