Thanks all for the input. I have removed the board several times and attempted to resolder it myself. I have a fairly small solder Iron. I will definetley take it out again and go to a cell phone repair shop to resolder th R10 resistors. The worst that can happen is I need to buy a new board.

Had the same problem. Took the car to a electrical workshop on Ondekkers road and the fixed it. cost me a few hundred without spending thousands on a new cluster modification.
