Foam rubber strips have been applied to the cubby lid and between the dash and windscreen.

A USB charger, that plugs into the lighter socket, is added to my in-car utility list.

Roelf, will you be crossing the Orange at Sendelingsdrift? Do you know if the ferry is in operation?

My neighbour is heading up that way in July and I remember reading somewhere that it was taken out with the floods earlier this year.

Orange river tonight.. Fuel readout at 12.1L/100

Crossed over on a perfectly working ferry. Fuel readout at 12.2 after nearly 2000km. Heading into Richtetsveld tomorrow, should do serious damage to that number
