2005 Pajero 3.2D Gen 2
195000 km
Original engine
No major work done. Was given a scare by 2 Mitsubishi Service centres when the idling was running at 1200rpm suggesting that I had to replace the diesel pump at R45,000. It turned out to be something totally different costing me a few minutes of my time instead.

Thanks for an excellent forum.
I have done 298805 km with my 2001 Pajero 3.2 DID (Auto)without any major work. (Only a starter about 1000 km ago. I bought the vehicle 2nd hand at 170 000km in 2009. It was serviced by agents till then. I like to service my Pajero self and use only full synthetic oil for motor oil changes and Mitsu filters from the agents. I do about 50000 km each year. Great vehicle and very practical.
