Been meaning to ask you. What is the white 'flagpole' on the front and back(?) for? Measuring height for parking garages?

The Stig did the lap in 1 minute 16... The "flag" is my CB aerial... used to be on the back... now it's on the front.

North Platte, yes. I would expect tat Mitchell (and no I haven't checked) is probably the same age and has the same mix of New Renaissance and Art Deco architecture..
