I noticed this stream of oil from behind the headlight after removal... almsot looks like a stream of tears after I tore her heart out... how poetic..

Block out:

Intersting find with the clutch, factory pressure plate, exedy clutch disc, intersting, quite burnt, looks like it was replaced without machining. crack in the disc itself, the pressure plate had seen better days to, the throw out bearing was eating it away at a nice pace.

Worn disc:

Well, washing parts then working soaked for a few hours last night maybe was not the best idea. I am sick as today. oh well. lesson learnt. Mainly jsut showed up to clean the tranny/transfer case up. looked okay. I will let it stay this way till it is installed then will hit it with a proper pressure washer at the car wash one day, will have more power.

The oil pan, tranny brace, fan, and fly wheel are in the pajero for cleaning in the robo wash.

All cleaned up:

take the boot to your local CV shop to see if they can match one for you.
