Powerbrake feedback
I am very happy with the Powerbrake disc and pad conversion (front only), and has made a great improvement to the Pajero's stopping power. Have done 500km's now and the discs are run in. Towed the trailer over the weekend, and being hooked up, the brakes are fantastic, feel alot more confident now with towing as I have unbraked trailers.
If you have problems with brake fade, braking vibrations, or wobble while braking, I would really recommend the change to the powerbrake AT conversion. Time will tell how long the pads last as it is still early days!

Drop Plate fitted so I can open the rear door to get to my packing system in the Paj (dropped 1 hole lower) and the Bush Baby hooked up - off to LA Sport Centurion for some minor changes to be done on the Electrical side. Preparing for a ice maker in the nose cone and a 102AH battery with 5 Hella plugs around the trailer, just in time for the weekend

.
Then to measure and make some changes to he Echo TTT to make it just the way I want it, for the side walls and the roof as the std Echo is a little small on the awnings side.

After ±5000 kms on the Powerbrake Rotors and Pads on the Touareg, I can fully endorse them.
David (and everybody else, for that matter), buy a set of front disk pads and keep them in the Pajero for 'just in case'. To fit them even out in the bundus is easy. Even if you are not mechanically minded, to find somebody who is, is easier than finding disk pads, when out in the sticks.

What is the most common failure on (smaller) trailers?
Wheel bearings!
Buy a set and keep them in the Bushbaby as spares.
Water Well Ice Maker in BushBaby Trailer

Have now done first trip with some mre changes to my Venter Bushbaby.
Have trialled a waterwell ice maker in the nose cone (running off 220V), and took a while to become effective, and once thrown ice back into water 3 times, we had made some good progress and the ice worked well thereafter. Just take the first drinks a little slow and give it chance to build up some stocks....
The ice works well for drinks, and works OK for a cooler box, not the best though for a flexible cooler box, ice didn't last long. Placing ice into coleman container being used as a ice bucket worked very well and ice lasted for around 3-4 hours.
Next step is testing on my 500Watt inverter to see if it will run, then add 1 in nosecone for bush locations where ice is not available.
Drawer System in Venter Bushbaby

I added a drawer system a while ago to my Venter BB, here are some pics, again very happy to have a drawer system in the trailer, these trailers can be terrible to access once the RTT is setup. The drawer system makes it alot easier now.
I have got a side table secured on top of the drawer system, which I got with the trailer, which slides on the kitcen side fender with 2 supporting poles - that works pretty cool too.

We made the kitchen side box of the trailer into a cup, goblet and coffe holder for easy and quick access as per below. We used foam which we bought from a foam mattress company and made holes in them to fit the relevant items, worked pretty well, and now got quick access on road side stops to make coffee, etc.

Have now finally got my battery installed in the nose cone, linked to be charged via the car when driving and have placed 5 hella plugs on the 4 corners of the trailer and 2 on the battery box itself. Opted to extend the Lumeno LED strip power cable to 500mm, and added a hella plug onto it, also added magnetic strip on the back of the LED light so I can place the lights at different places on the trailer when needed, works cool, gives nice flexibility.
