I'm still good-to-go, for Sunday. Do you know the venue/entry method/payment if necessary ? If we just need to pitch -up, can we meet and drive together, as I've not been to this course yet?

If you do this trail and you have not done it before I just recommend you avoid Groot Balles Drift at the back, and take the shortcut. If it's wet (and there is rain forecast) this little obstacle can turn nasty. The rest is relatively easy sand, and a few humps and obstacles near the powerlines.

If you have garmin GPS I will post my last track.

Simon: Will do, & thanks for the heads-up. I am a "rustig" overlander, no heroics........so prfer to turn around, if path seems dicey/impasse.

Jaco: I just need to get Blister to confirm a time,......but I think 10h00 should be a charm. Thanks for the intel.
