Guys, went and did some investigation on the route and sad to say the 4 IO's wont make it due to the terrain. We went to the Vredefort Coepel during the long weekend is Sept and that route messed up our IO's (Very rocky and very steep) the one you guys wanna go to is the same so unfortunately we wont make it. Our IO's is just to low. Sorry guys

Andre will it be possible to have a final list of people who will attend by Sunday 31st. I am trying to organise a little gift for each attendee but will require the final number latest Monday morning in order to complete before the 7th.

Okay Crunch time

I need to pay the venue today. Somebody else also wants it for the 7th, which means if we don't take the venue we cannot do the course either because they'll be taking the other guys on the course.
