I love your build-up, but I just can't get myself to like the twin spare wheel carrier.
It looks very bulky and wide, and I have concerns about the rigidity of the hinges.
Will they not rattle and even bend?
I would have stuck one spare wheel on the roof rack.
IAC, I look forward to your LED tail lights!
Please take a lot of photographs!
What diff ratios do you have fitted? Were 1:4.875 not standard?
You should look for 1:5.29. They exist, but are scarce.

The brackets they are on are 1800lb axle studs and bearings. dual bearing setup, greasable. will be putting plastic blocks underneath it to that will support the weight and not make any noise.
it will grow on you... I swear!!! lol
will take lots of photos of the light install.
the diffs are 4.625 right now. I have the front 4.825 and I feel that will solve the issue.

I am getting a little more done this weekend.
I have installed my aux tank so far, whihc bolts to the body. using 4 m12 bolts and large backing bars as to not rip through the thin sheet metal.
its a tight fit. very tight.
New gas cap:
For those that are intersted its a long range automotive tank, 58L capacity. come with everything you need for the install. including electric pump to transfer fuel to main tank. its a little pricey but to get the weight off the roof and underneath in a proper tank it was worth it.

well, both tanks are in, I can now carry 190L in tanks.
132L main
58L aux
win win. install was not straight forward. bolts didnt line up. pipes didnt clear.. it was not the best thing to do on a sunday. when you need the rig monday. lol
Main tank in:
Had to cut for clearance:
Issues with filler neck, had to weld on a pipe at 90 degrees to the tank.
The filler setup, I still have to edit the cover so its all hidden and the road spray doesnt destroy the hoses.

Drawer are in and finished... finally. my god that was a drawn out process.. in between finishing them I had time to do an engine swap!!! haha
I am happy with them. could be a little smoother around the edges.
enjoy:
tested them out, haha. no sag, worked great!!!
