Where to buy 16" steel rims for gen 3

Hi guys,
I am looking without much luck for 16 inch rims for my gen 3 GLS. I asked Mitsubishi to quote on them and they came to over R10000 for 4, which is outrageous! The only other rims I found that fitted was a set of A lines, but they were a bit 'bling' for my taste.
Does anyone know where to buy rims from? Preferably steel ones, and preferably with a zero offset.

I am also looking for a set of original steel rims that the Gen 3 came out with. Anybody on the forum know where one can buy these for e decent price?

I saw someone had 15" Nissan Patrol rims on their Pajero (might have been on this forum... Benhur I think). I'm not sure how they fitted, and the rim offset, etc. Maybe someone knows?

AFAIK one can't fit 15" on the Gen 3 - the brake calipers are too big, thus only 16". I stand to be corrected.

Yes, it was Benhur, but I think they were rims off a Y61 Patrol. They are 16" with a 10mm positive offset (compared to 46mm positive offset for Paj OEM alloy rims), so the track width will increase by 36mm per side.

You are to be corrected. I have 15" on my Gen 3 with 31x10.5x15 tyres.
But I am also looking for a set of original 16" rims.

Just find someone who wants to give his GLX a facelift ... Judging by the number GLX's running on alloy wheels there should be a large stach of unused steel rims somewhere
Maybe try the classifieds on 4x4community.co.za?

If this is the case, I can then use the set of 15" BFG Muds that came off my Gen2.5 - they only have 5000km on and cost R6000-00 new. No sense in selling them then.

Andre, are these 15" of yours steel or alloy, and where did you get them?
