New MT tyres for my Pajero

I'm looking for new mud terrain tyres for my Pajero 3.5 V6 automat. Now I'm using on-road tyres Silverstone HT-778 Highway Terrain 31x10.5x15 (267/76 R 15) 90% on-road, 10% mud &sand.
I've recently improved suspension by Ironman Torsion Bar/Coil Suspension Kit with Foam Cell shock absorbers.
Now I'm thinking about tyres SIMEX Jungle Trekker, but I really don't know if the size 33x10.5x15 or size 34x10.5x15 is better.

I'm not sure if the bigger (34x10.5x15) is safe enough for axle shafts and drive shafts.
Do you have any experience or idea?
Thank you in advance

Hey that's pretty extreme tyres by the looks of it. Obviously you are aiming to turn around the long term terrain you are going to travel to 70-80% muddy jungle, 15% gravel/sand and maybe 5% tar. Most of the times on overland travel the roads can be done with AT tyres in 80+% of the time. What/where are you planning to use them?

Even though you have a minor suspension lift I'm not sure 33's will fit without at least a body lift as well. 34's certainly wont fit.

Remember your auto transmission will also be affected because of the taller tyres.

Well, step by step.
Jungle Trekker is extreme tyre, but also ready for speed 100mph, that's the reason for me. My other car is Nissan Patrol GR Y61, engine 2.8TD6, excellent car but too slow and big for travelling every day even empty - just me as a driver. Pajero is powerful, clever and it is my "darling" but sometimes I need to travel through the same terrain as with Patrol GR.
My friend experience is that 33" tyres are not problem for the lift based on Ironman suspension kit and my idea is to keep car without body lift so it seems like only solution to use 33" tyres for me.
Regarding the automatic transmission, I understand that there will be change caused by different diameter but hope it is still suitable for that.
Look at pictures what/where am I planning to use them:

OK if that's is what you encounter on a frequent basis it makes sense using Jungle trekkers! Still it doesn't look like any place in Africa, where are you based?

You are right ;) it is Europe, Central Europe. My country is Slovakia, right in the geographical centre of Europe.
But I'm working very often outside of Europe, travelling a lot.

Great sounds like a job I'd like to have. With all the travelling it's almost like you have your own Camel trophy going there. Send us some pictures when you have fitted the Jungle trekkers and off course let us know how the Pajero goes with them.

Definitely yes, regarding new tyres.
Regarding my travelling, it is usually not by my car, but aeroplane and after that local 4x4 car, Toyota Hillux, Mitsubishi L200, depends on the country. And step by step, I find that only suitable car for me is the off road car. I had two Pajeros, Gen 1 2,5 TD SWB, and Gen 2 2,5TD LWB. After that I lost continuity for 2 years, I've bought Nissan Patrol GR (Y61) 2.8TD6. It is excellent car for terrain, but engine is not enough for such a big car. So I decided to buy again Pajero (again Gen 2) SWB with really good engine 3.5 V6 petrol, automatic transmission. Now I'm preparing my Pajero for terrain, step by step. I have original Ironman suspension kit there, now I'm working about tyres. Next step will be electric winch and front bumper. That's my plan.

Hi,
I've received bad news today afternoon. Sales manager from Devon 4x4 Off Road from UK told me that they have only 1piece 33x10.5R15 and 3 of 33x11.5R16. The last delivery was in August 2009, and they don't know when the next delivery will be. And I don't know other supplier of Simex in Europe.
So I've to find something else, but good enough for mud, ready for high speed as Jungle was. I really don't know now.
