lol! @ Mc Noogle
There are a many good flashlights out there to buy: and the one you purchased.. and if i know my flashlights well sounds like a LED LENSER
Not a bad choice at all! so dont feel bad , the difference with my flash lights are that they will
always be brighter (The NightFighter range is between 250 and 4400 lumens!), always stronger ,always better after sales service and most of all always cheaper !
Again the LED LENSER is fantastic , and for anyone else out there that is looking for flashlights the following are good choices!:
Led Lenser
O Light
Pelican
Surfire
NightFighter (

)
There are others too but my advice would be to try the above first , when looking for working bright strong tools .
The NightFighter T2 tactical flashlight 3.7v rechargeable (Same as Nino's) , has an OPTICAL lens that the others dont, the optical lens is designed especially for NightFighter and the reason being that it can emit light through glass where flashlights with a reflector create splashback on glass, again the NightFighter range is specifically for specialists in specific fields

and then also has the strobe function that emits 100% of 250 lumens at 9 times a sec!!

, (designed to temporarily blind)
On the Website you will note the T2 Tactical, retails for around R730.00 , but off course if you are part of the PJ club you pay R490.00 (excluding shipping), i dont know what you paid McNoogle , but your choice was not a bad one
In March the newer T2 becomes available( at last) that will pump an impressive 320 lumens!
To understand Lumens - Day light at mid day is said to be 10'000 lumens - an average 4dcell maglight emits about 60-70 lumens
Should any one need assistance when buying a flashlight please dont hesitate asking me
Thanks for the positive feedback Nino! much appreciated ,
keep shining!
