2001 Nudgbar fit on 2006?

Hi everyone!
I'm looking to fit a nudgebar to my 2006 Di-D SWB and have found a second hand one off a 2001 model.
Will it fit my 2006 and is it easy to install? What would be a fair price to pay for such a nudgebar?
