Hello everyone, name's Marius Mostert

I'm in Vereeniging, Gauteng.
I currently own a Pajero 3.0 liter 24valve petrol SWB (Dakar shape?)

Now I know it's not cool, but I'm here to try an sell it.

I seem to struggle to find a buyer locally, so I thought to join here and see what you think.

I'm asking R67000.00 for it, now I don't think thats too much because trade is R60000.00. What am I doing wrong?

Everyone I talk to just complain about the fuel consumption and high price for maintenance. :?
Do you think I should reduce the price even more?

Thanks, oh, what should I do to put the ad under "for sale" section. I currently cannot post there?

Thanks
Marius

OK
I've got some workshop manuals I can share, but how?
The disc is 480mb and even just taking the pdf files out still amounts to about 100mb.
I am willing to send a copy via post to someone, but only one person, who might be able to distribute the files?
Marius

Marius

Ordinarily we do not allow brand new users to sell their vehicles until they have "matured" a little  but seeing as though you will share some manuals I'll make an exception. I will have to give your username permissions to access the for sale site.

I can send you FTP details if you would like to upload them.

Which manuals are they?

Hi
I understand about the selling issue, I've also got adverts on gumtree and junkmail, so no problem there.

Regarding the FTP site - yes that should work if there is no password required. I can upload tonight.

The manuals cover a wide range of engines and has information regarding the general work done at garages, ie cam belt installation, cam timing, oil etc

Engine range 4D5, 6G7, 4M4, 4G1,4G6, etc

My engine 6G72 is also covered but I doubt if the latest models are covered.

ok it just seems there's a lot of duplication... have a look at our downloads section, and see what is NOT there.

I can't seem to upload - only zipped files (max 2mb) and picture files (jpg etc)?
