I received a PM re the topic, but thought I'd post it here for general info:

Since you have a lwb gen1, can I put on 255/70/15 tyres or will they rub? Should I rather go for the 245/75/15's?

I know that the 31x10.5x15 tyres fit the standard rims without rubbing, so I used that as the bench mark.

I used The Tyre Calculator to compare the three tyres: Both are smaller than the 31" tyre, so they should work.
The last one (245x75x15) is not a common size.

If you have the 3.0 V6, I would recommend the 31" tyre.

I have 265/75/15 on my Blister and it seems ok - no rubbing etc.

Gerhard, would you know if the 31x10.5x15 tyres would also fit on the blister fender (gen 2.5)
