Strumming Interior Front Panel Board - LWB Gen 3 Pajero

Mine is strumming (English second language) badly on bumped roads. Even on gravel. It's like all board has got weak or lose screws.
Mechanic says this is general problem to all Gen 3 Pajeros.
He said he can solve it with some sort of foam.
How did you fix yours?
