Long time since I posted here, but I have a question to those in the know.

What must be done to a 3.5 SWB Blister Fender Paj to fit 33x12.5R15 tyres?

The power loss and increased fuel consumption is not a problem, I just what to know how much lift is needed?

I also don't mind doing a body lift as I like to keep a vehicle's suspension as close to stock height as possible.

No problem, no lift, no improvement is needed for 33x12.x15 tires for Blister Fender SWB. You will just need rims with zero or better "minus offset" (ET=0 or better ET= -20)
Look here:

Tyres on the first picture are 33x11.5x16 (also 285/75R16)

Just... it is simply not good idea to use 12.5" wide tyres for Pajero, it's too wide (just my opinion).
