M-304018 - Ignition

Good evening
I desperately need help in finding a part for my 1997 Pajero, Automatic 3.5 V6 GDI import. I live in Tanzania and have had untold problems which now hopefully is the last - the part number is given to me by the garage and I have attached the photo.
If anybody can point me in the right direction as to where to get this part I would appreciate
