We are off to Namibia in less than 2 weeks. Which route to Vryburg from JHB is the better one. Stop and go as well as potholes are part of life lately. My choices are Klerksdorp/Delareyville or Klerksdorp/Wolmaranstad. The N14 is also a possibility if I change over at Carletonville.

Anybody recently travelled one of these routes?

Did this route on the N14 to Kuruman on the 15th and back from Upington yesterday.
Good road all the way. Many stop and go’s that eat up time.

We took the Jhb - Klerksdorp - Ottosdal - Delareyville route to Vryburg. I can't recall any stop/go's, but a few potholes on the Ottosdal section - not too bad at all.
