Gen 3 DiD 120k km service

My Paj is nearing 120000km. I was wondering what should be the things to look at during this service.
The following were done @ 90k km:
Both diff oils changed
ATF changed
I was thinking of:
Timing chain tensioner and guide
Drain engine coolant & replace with fresh
Any other suggestions would be welcome!
