You'll need to reindex the cold start idle advancement.

Today I removed the intercooler and had a good look to see if the fast idle lever as shown it the link, prev post, was there and where to fit it. however it does not seem if this engine ever had such a part.

I was wondering if my pajero has a different fast idle system and what it could be.

After a lot of research I found that the VE pump has a KSB, cold start device to compensate while the engine is cold. The KSB on my Pajero however is removed by the previous owner.
I would appreciate it if there is someone who can help me source this part, as i am sure the manufacture will sell the complete pump.
Any help will be appreciated.
