Does my 1996 2.8 diesel SWB have an oil filter in the automatic transmission ? The manual states that " most transmissions which have an oil drain plug do not have oil filters inside the transmission - or something to that effect. But the stealers say they have one on their computers, but is not convinced that my Pajero has one. I do not want to take the transmisson sump off if not necessary. Your inputs will be appreciated. Possibly somebody with a similar vehicle has been down that road

This is my first post of this forum. It would seem this forum is very well supported by its members, and that is excellent!
Last month I bought a 2013 Pajero LWB with very low km's. (51000). I love it so far - pulls my Sprite SP caravan without a hickup, and delivers great fuel consumption.
I just have a few quesions I hope you can help me with:
1) I would LOVE to own a haynes manual for this car. Is there any available?
2) Where is the best online site to buy spares? In line with this post, I would like to buy a automatic transmission oil filter, amongst other things.
3) With towing the caravan, I find my stabilizer bar catches on speed bumps. Thus I need to either fit new shocks (i.e raise the suspension - any suggestions for a good quality supplier? I plan to do some (limited) off road driving as well).
4) I certainly hate the dash insert (which has space for a credit card, and some other naff little box). I am in contact with a guy in Australia who could 3D print me a replacement "holder" with space for some additional 12v plugs and/or switches. Is there nobody in South Africa that can supply this?

I live in Hermanus, WC, so need to courier most things here.
