- available almost everywhere

Cons

IMHO:

Castrol Mineral oils - stay away.
Castrol Full Synthetic oils - good quality.

Good mineral alternatives:
  • Caltex Delo400
  • Shell Helix Ultra Diesel
  • Shell Rimula
Why do I say that, and recommend the above oils?
I have heard many a negative comments about the Castrol oils, but not about the listed oils.
Why take the chance, then?

I will go with delo400 next time, does it mean that i have to drain the gtx diesel oil after just 1860kms as adviced by a workshop?

You will have to make that call, but I would not have.
One sump full of a specific oil (which in this case does actually comply with the required spec) should not be a problem. Long-term use might cause some problems though.

PS Many users swear by Castrol GTX Diesel, so I don't think it is outright "bad".
IMHO there are however oils with a better reputation available, albeit at a higher cost.
