Is it posisble to fit an oil bypass filter to a Mitsu 1.8 IO (4g93 engine), and if so, where can I buy it and who can install it. I live in Pretoria.

Is this to filter the oil passing through the relief valve when the oil pressure getd too high?

Why would you want to do this?
