This is a weird issue. When i use the radio it is 100% fine.As soon as i put a cd in the right side is dead and if you really crank the sound it sounds like the speakers are blown (which they are not). Then if i select classic or stadium instead of normal the sound comes back up on the right.
Anyone have this and know what the fix is?

I'm pretty convinced it has to do with your sound settings. Use the manual and carefully go through ALL the sound settings on the radio.

Thats the funny thing. Some of the settings the speakers work, although not 100% and others they dont at all. That said,i actually realise its since i put in the new battery.I wonder if disconnecting it and reconnecting would resolve it

In the engine bay, better check your manual first

Talking about radio issues - my pre-selected radio stations disappear after a day or so if the vehicle (Gen4 SWB 3.2 DiD) is not used - can I do something to prevent that from happening?

When you set the radio stations do you hold the number selector in until you hear the beep? That means it is stored,if you dont hold it to the beep you lose the setting
